After what seems a very long time, I got finally back to Greek and would like to ask you to take a quick look at some exercises I did. Thank you!

English to Greek exercise:
a) Reproach produces enmity.
Ὁ ψόγος ἀρχή ἐστιν ἔχθρας.
Ὁ ψόγος ἔχθραν ποιεῖ.
b) In misfortune I recognized the friend.
Ἐν ἀτυχίᾳ φίλον διεγίγνωσκον.
c) Who is the enemy?
Τίς ἐχθρός;
d) Tell me: what is perfect friendship?
Λέγετε μοι· τί ἐστιν ἡ τελεία φιλία;
e) Why do you speak badly of Pythagoras?
Διὰ τί κακῶς λέγεις Πρωταγόραν;
f) In the market-places there are altars of the gods (The market-places have).
Ἐν ταῖς ἀγοραῖς βωμοὶ τῶν θεῶν εἰσιν.
Αἱ ἀγοραὶ βωμοὶ τῶν θεῶν ἔχουσιν.
g) One day teaches another.
Ἡμέρα ἡμέραν διδάσκει.

I have two variants for sentences a) and f) and would like to know if both are fine.

I like both for a, but f2 should have the object in of the verb in the right case.

For b I would have used the aorist myself.

Oh thank you. This should be an accusative, of course. Fascinating how those can slip by unnoticed!

The aorist hasn’t been introduced yet. But sounds more like a punctual aspect, that’s true, thanks!

Did Zuntz introduce the idiom for κακα λεγειν τινα? Looking at e.

No, just εὖ λέγειν and κακῶς λέγειν, so far.
