Do you mean departments devoted entirely to ancient Greek or Classics depts. where they teach Latin and Greek? I know two from first hand experience in Australia where they teach both - University of New England & University of Adelaide.

The University of Kwa-Zulu Natal (South Africa) has two seperate classics departments on two of their campus’. They are not Greek departments but they do teach Greek and Latin to both undergraduate and postgraduate students.

I think all universities in France have this cursus. The difference will be on the duration of the cursus. Large universities, in large cities, will be able to get u up to a PhD, the smallest to Graduation only.
