What is considered stress in Latin?

What is considered stress within latin (like using Demonstratives?)

In english i would expect to stress the conversation:

He did it wrong
Who?
Him! That idiot over there

Or:

Im going to get something over there
Which one?
It!

Would you use stress with Demonstratives in latin for words like
IS for other situations?

In another message somebody used IS for the sentence:

‘She saw him. Theres a cat in the corner. Its his.’

That doesnt seem fitting stress in its usage

Thanks.

Actually, someone didn’t, Someone wrote otherwise:

Maria Jacobum videt. Feles in angulo est et huius [Jacobi] est.

Minimè. Ità quidam non scripsit. Quidam aliter scripsit.
