So this isn’t about vulgar latin per se, more just a dirty word.
A friend of mine a while back tought me how to say “fuck 'em if they can’t take a joke” and I have completely forgotten.
Any help.
P.S. and good book recemendations for “dirty” latin would be great too.

I think the avatar is of Amelie, from the movie with the same name. A humorous French movie. At least the girl looks like the same girl.

I actually prefer “Un Long Dimanche des Fiancailles” (A Very Long Engagement) over Amelie, even though I could see that it is not as consistent a movie, and Audrey Tatou was not as well cast as in Amelie. I suppose the story moved me more, and the images were more captivating.
Yeah, there are plenty of movies I prefer over Amelie. That doesn’t make Amelie any worse?
No, it doesn’t, but “Un Long Dimanche des Fiancailles” is a good comparison to Amelie because it has the same star (Audrey Tatou) and director (M. Jeunet). I saw Fiancailles and Amelie in the same week, so I can’t think of one movie without thinking of the other.
Personally, I think Amelie is a good, overrated movie.
