vowel length in 2nd/3rd/4th conjugation supines (-itum)

I think that in the 2nd conjugation the vowel is short, as moneō, monitum. But in the 3rd and 4th I’m confused. For example: there is audiō, auditum but also expediō, expedītum. Could you shed some light on this? What is the vowel pattern in the 3rd and 4th conjugation?

It’s audītum. Maybe L&S has a typo? https://logeion.uchicago.edu/audio
