Mr. T. was a lively character from the ‘hit’ TV series the A-Team and also Rocky’s nemesis in Rocky Part? - The Eye of the Tiger. The A-Team was an ex-military gang of misfits who traveled the country in their A Team machine Van righting wrongs and sticky up for the little guy. They used lots of machineguns - but nobody ever gets hurt - they send their foes fleeing for cover under a heavy stream of bullets and exploding rockets.
At the end of every episode, right before doing battle, they would whip out their blow torches and steel cutters and turn the A Team Van into this ultra-powerful military machine that would make the Pentagon envious. It was pretty cool stuff for a 10 year old… I can hear the A-Team theme tune now 
That avatar is only a joke - my wife recently accused me of being ‘too serious.’
