It’s a commonplace instance of the so-called “Doric alpha," where Attic uses eta. If you read Pindar, or the lyrics of Greek drama, or any lyric verse at all, you’ll find multitudes of them.

There’s κασιγνήτα in the very next line, continuing this typically hymnic apostrophe.
