In Autumn I could say Autumno folia colores suos mutant et cadunt et terram operiunt.
But now in Australia it is winter.
How do I describe the trees in winter in Latin, bare, they lost their leaves, leafless (barren, sad, dormant) etc.
Hieme arbores nulla folia habent. Hieme arbores nudae sunt. Hieme arbores dormiunt.
Surely the someone must have talked about this in Latin in the last 2,000 years
Corrections and suggestions welcome
