It is obviously part of Psalm 22 (Heb. 23), but there are inaccuracies. It seems that overstrike accents in one font have become separate characters in the font that was printed out before tattooing, eg ἐν in the font on the computer it was originally designed on has resolved as εϖν on the one it was printed out on before transferring to the skin. Likewise ῶ ‒> ω/, ς → φ etc.
