sine, quaeso, inspiciam (Dialog 01 Otto et Petrus) ( Otto cultellum amisit et rogat Petrum ut liceat eius cultello uti.) source?

From the context this must mean something like
“But may I please inspect it?”

But I can’t find “sine” in the dictionary. Maybe sin + ne?

sine imperative, with subjunctive inspiciam, “let me look”. quaeso independent, “I beg (you).”
