I am excited to join Textkit’s online community. I have been studying Latin since high school and I love it! I am interested in learning more about the ancient world and help other members of the community who are just starting to learn Latin.

Aloha - I noticed you mentioned that you would be willing to help new Latin learners. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I just signed up with Textkit and could sure use a little guidance. Can you give me suggestions for a beginner’s textbook from the many resources available on this site? I have no idea what to start with. Do you start with grammar, composition, both? I have never studied Latin so I don’t have any base knowledge to build upon.
