Praeterquum?

Valete,

I am currently putting the finishing touch to my transcription of Plato’s Crito. One small question:

I am 99% certain that it ought to read præterquam instead of præterquum, but I want to make sure nonetheless. What do you think?

Valete,

Is præterquum even a word? All I get from Google are results from bad scanning and OCR. Praeterquam is the one you want, I’m sure.

I guess in some circunstances you could have “præter cum/quum”, but this isn’t one of those.

I add my 1%

Thank you,

Carolus Raeticus
