Parataxis of the interrogative in latin (poetry)

Hi all. Does anyone here know whether interrogative words like qua/quomodo (i.e. ‘how’) can be omitted in parataxis after a word like scio? e.g. for “I do no not know how to speak” = “nescio loquar” instead of the more usual and idiomatic “nescio loqui”? I understand that parataxis of ‘ut’ is a frequent occurrence in Ovid (eg. fac ut abeas = fac abeas), but whether this is possible of interrogatives I cannot tell.

I’m especially interested in the Latin of Augustan poets, but earlier and later would be equally interesting
