orberg LLPSI capitulum XXIV line 105

this is my another question (and I think wont be the last one) to ask about orberg LLPSI
this is from capitulum XXIV line 105
Cēterum facile tibi est fratrem tuum reprehendere, dum ipse hīc in mollī lectulō cubās.

I have three question here

  1. what is the function of facile in the 1st clause? is it as adverb modifying repehendere or est, or as neutral adjective modifying an unexpressed noun?
  2. Is it correct to take tibi est as dative showing possesion? if this is right then I will read tibi est as: you have, but you have what?
  3. I read fratem tuum reprehendere as infinitive and its object so I translate it as: to blame your brother. but if this is correct then what is the connection of it with the rest of the clause?

“Facile” is an adjective and “tibi” is a dative of reference. The meaning is “it’s easy for you to criticise your brother”.
