Online: "Glossarium Eroticum Linguae Latinae"

Salvete!

Project Gutenberg has just released my transcription of Pierre-Emmanuel Pierrugues’ 1826-edition of the Glossarium Eroticum Linguae Latinae. It can be downloaded from its project page.

This is the last of my “old” transcription projects. It was the most difficult one (especially the transcription process because due to the disparate bits there was no “flow” in transcribing) so far and took what seems to me to be “ages” to finish. I have been working on and off on it for at least five years (probably more), putting it aside when I was fed up. Actually, I probably would have dropped this projection completely, if I had not reached a point of no-return. Giving up simply was no longer an option. I am certainly glad to be done with it.

In the HTML-version every entry has its own anchor so that one can deeplink to it. Please do not link to the version at Project Gutenberg. They do not like that.

Valete,

Carolus Raeticus

Macte virtute!
