Old Text lettering question

ok so im just wondering is this the corrrect lettering for pope john paul 2 favorite saying “totus tuus”

No it is not.

The saying is in the Latin language, which makes use of the Latin alphabet.

The correct lettering, as you put it, is “totus tuus”

The picture you attach is written with Greek letters, which are not used to spell Latin words.

how would i go about spelling it then with latin charcters? and what would they look like?

The Latin alphabet is used to write most western languages, including English.

Only difference you should note is that the capital letters J and U do not exist in the Latin variant of the Latin alphabet, thus, if you were to write that in capital letters, you should write TOTVS TVVS.

o ok i feel stupid now… haha thanks!
the reason i want to know this is because im looking into gettin a tatto, and i was hoping for an older looking “font” for lack of a better word.
is there anything you would reccomend?

Have it done in a calligraphic script like blackletter or uncial.
