χαιρετε everyone,
I am in graduate school, writing a dissertation about Aristotle’s Nicomachean Ethics. About his discussion of σωφρoσύνη to be more precise. I studied greek for 2 yrs. (2009-11) and then started again earlier this year. I am really excited about it and since this board has been so helpful for me, I thought why not take part in it.
So right now I am also translating Aristotle’s Nicomachean Ethics Book I and III (10-12) to Portuguese, and I am also working with the Reading Greek and Reading Latin methods. Just started both of them and it is fun. (I learned greek with another method before).
So, it is a pleasure to be here and discuss and exchange with all of you classicists and enthusiasts. Hope we all can have a good time and learn from one another.
