I just noticed that the numbering for Plato goes, for example, 32a, 32b, 32c, 32d, 32e in the Loeb but when Greek letters are used goes 32α, 32β, 32**ξ**, 32δ,32ε!! Why is that?! Somehow I know that the answer is going to have to do with Byzantium.

The Stephanus numbers don’t have a Greek version. What you’re seeing is a bug in Perseus.
