I am in my late 50s living in Japan teaching English. I started self-studying Latin on and off a couple years ago after a friend introduced me to LLPSI Familia Romana. I really enjoyed it and managed to finish all except the last couple chapters but then had to put aside Latin to deal with the extra work that came from pandemic teaching. Forgot quite a lot and am looking forward to going through FR again but recently, have been working on the Linney books, Get Started with Latin and Keep Going with Latin to firm up my basics. Anyhow, this looks like a great community and I am glad to be here.
