NeoLatin Dictionary

Just out of curiosity, has anyone ever published a neoLatin dictionary? I can’t imagine many people would buy it, but it’d be an interesting curiosity. The Vatican maybe?

yes, the Vat have over the last thirteen years published their Lexicon Recentis Latinitatis, edited by Egger and Giannangeli.

www.paxbook.com (without the dot included at the end), will get you there. Otherwise you end up on a non-site.

Thanks Adelheid,
I was looking for a neolatin dictionary as well and the Lexicon recentis latinitatis seems fine. Now, the only problem is the price! I should start saving for that (105 euro)

Thanks Adelheid,
It’s in my bookmarks now.
Next time I will be in the Netherland we should have a pótio iunípera together

Well, I am in fact making one. Next year there will also appear a new one and there is the one of the Vatican etc. I have a whole list in fact.

Is the offer also valid for Italy? My husband and I plan plan to travel to Greece through Italy next year, would be nice if we could meet for a drink, be it an ancient one or present one

Ciao Misopogon! C’è un dizionario italiano-latino che ho comprato io a Firenze che si chiama “Nuovo Vocabolario della Lingua Latina,” di giallo, 2 cm x 18 cm più o meno. Ottimo quel libro; mi raccomando.

I recommend this book: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0865163812/104-8656015-4711920?v=glance&n=283155
