Here’s the sentence:

To be only body is to be an animal; To be only spirit is to
be an angel; To fuse them together is to be a human being.

a crude attempt:

[size=150]τὸ σῶμα μονον εἶναι ἡ τῶν ζῴων οὐσία ἐστι, και τὸ πνεῦμα μόνον εἶναι ἡ τῶν ἀγγέλων. ἡ δὲ ἀνθρώπων οὐσια μίξις ἀμφοτέρων ἐστί.[/size]

Another crude attempt, focusing on Greeking the sense rather than the original phrasing:

θὴρ μέν ἐστιν ὅστις μόνον ἐστὶ σῶμα, ἄγγελος δὲ ὅστις μόνον ψυχή, καὶ ἄνθρωπος ὅστις ἄμφω μίγνυσι.

Possibly μέμικται, the perfect, might be better in the last clause.
