Within the past two months I have been embarked on the daunting - nevertheless rewarding; task of reading all of the Great Books of the Western World. I do not exlusively intend to read these books but to also learn both the Ancient Greek and Latin languages that comprise the orgins of Western culture. Besides the copious quantities of benefits from fulfilling this endeavor - learning, writing, and speaking Ancient Greek and Latin is astoundingly intriguing in itself.
My name is John; I am eighteen beginning this quest. I hope as I learn I can begin to help others of this community though for now I ensure everyone that I will require some aid in the acquisition. and longterm retention of these two marvelous languages.
