how to translate this term? Zimmermann is his book on al-Farabi’s commentary on De Interpr, simply renders it as metathetic affirmation/negation. He also renders ὑπαρκτικὸν ρήμα as hyparctic verb.
Would it not be better to translate as affirmation/negation by shift and existential verb?
