You’ll find MP3 recordings in Latin of the New Testament from the Vulgate Edition of the Bible here, in a lot of separate files. I downloaded them a year ago (or maybe earlier perhaps) before the end of the author’s project, but forgot about them until now when you ask. I searched again and eventually they turned up. They were recorded at a normal reading speed, not slow.
