Interjectional Adverbs and Sentire

I know I brought this up before, but it’s still been bugging me; adverbs tend to take the place of adjectives for interjections, right? Such as, “great!” would be optime!, and “how terrible!” would be quid atrociter!

What about when using sentire?
Quomodo sentis, amice?
Semisomne sentio.

Right? Or in place of quomodo should it be quid?

Gratias ut semper.

I always considered interjections like optime! to have an implied actum or some such word. Quid sentis? sounds better to me than Quomodo sentis. Good questions indeed.

actum ? How do you mean?

Yes, I agree, quid sentis definitely sounds better.

e.g. optime factum/actum “very well (done)”.

Ah, intellego.
