Could someone explain to me the difference between the two? Or point me to where I could find it in Gildersleeve’s grammar to read up on it on my own.

If you can find “How to read Latin” Andrew Keller and Stephanie Russel, Yale University Press, 2004 you will find on page 13 a helpful diagram of a house with arrows showing prepositions divided into accusative (motion toward), ablative (location), ablative (motion from).
I knew that that’s what they translate to, but I wanted to know when to use which when translating Latin to English. I was looking it up on Gildersleeve’s but couldn’t find it. I’ll look into; when I have the time. And I’ll post some sentences to give examples too if that’s alright. Just been too busy lately.
