Help with translation of potsherds with Greek text

These images are from 2 sherds purchased at an estate sale.

Please post your images online, if you want us to see them. For example, here https://postimages.org/

I’ve uploaded the post with chandler’s images.

Thank you. I do not know what period this is from. Any suggestions will help.

I am a professor of history and would love to use these in my class, if they are legitimate.

I suck at this, but here’s my best transcription for each of these. I’ve guessed at more characters than I’ve marked:

ΤΟΙΣΜΟIΔΙΣΟΥΡΑΙ
ΝΕΩΣΚΑΘIΑΡΥΣ
ΧΑΤΘΣΕΩΜΑΤ.
ΤΗΗΠΙΣΝΕΑΙ.
ΙΘΟΔΟΜΩΤ.
ΜΟΥΓΕΜΑ

I think I’ve made too many mistakes here to understand much. I’ve transcribed as if he’s forming iota two different ways, but it’s probably iota and zeta or something. ΝΕΩΣ is temple. Maybe ΜΟΥΣΕΜΑ (=σημα?) for the last line?

.Δ.ΩΝΕΙΣΚΟΣΜΟ.
ΜΑΚΡΩΙΧΑΡΙΝΕΥ.Ο
Ο.ΡΕΙΑΝΒΑΣ.Λ.Υ.
ΤΕΡΑΣΛΙΑΦΥ…Σ
.ΟΣΤΙΔΕΣΟΝΜΑΣ

The second one has two words that make sense to me right off:

ΜΑΚΡΩΙ - (dat.) large
BAS.L.Y. - prb. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΥΣ = king, nom.

Any other words would be guesses on my part. Anyways, now that I’ve broken the ice, maybe others will take a crack at it.

Thank you.
