Help with syntax in translation exercise!

Hi all! I have recently come across this sentence in an exercise:

They have ordered us to wait in the harbor all day.
I am wondering how to structure this correctly in terms of syntax? Ι have it structured like this right now but I am sure this is not correct.

They have ordered - ἔταξαν aorist

or better:

Or maybe in another way. You can rearrange the words depending on what you want to emphasize. My mother tongue is similar to Greek in this respect - we also rearrange words as we like
