Trying to gather the precise quote for a passge below. If you find it please share how you did it. Perseus is a great tool.

Ἐϰ τῶν μετάούτὸς ὔπνους Φαντασιῶῶν ούτὸς ἀνθρ ώπους ἕννοιαν ἑαπαϰέναι θεοῦ. Μεγάλων γαρ εἰδώλων, Φαντασιῶν ούτὸς ἀνθρωπομὸρφων μετάούτὸς ὒπνους προαπ πτόντων ὑπέλαϐον, και ταῖς άληθεἰαις υτάρχειν πνὰς τοιού τους θεοὺς άνθρωπομόρφους,

I Googled “μεγάλων γὰρ εἰδώλων” and got three hits. They all seem to come from Sextus Empiricus Adversus mathematicos IX.

Looks like Epicurus → Sextus Empiricus → Gassendi
