Hi - glad to have been allowed to join this forum. I recently completed a degree with the Open University. It’s called an Open Degree, as it combines both credits from a previous professional qualification and three modules done with the OU. These three were all in Classical Studies. It’s left me with a fascination and love for Ancient Greece and Rome, and a desire to increase my knowledge. I’m currently studying Stoicism with the College of Ancient Philosophers, and learning Ancient Greek with the HM Classics Academy. It’s really for the latter that I’ve joined this forum. I used to have a fantastic memory, but at the ripe old age of 62 I’m really struggling with remembering the Ancient Greek grammar and vocab as we learn it. I’m hoping to find some useful resources on here to help. One day I may be able to read Homer in the original Greek…!
