Greek word for "wanker."

I read in an article that Demosthenes uses the word α?τολεκύθος to describe men as “wankers,” but I can’t find it in LSJ. Can anyone corroborate this for me?

Dem. 54.14, 54.16: α?τολήκυθος. As for wanker, well, that’s interpretive.

Thanks for your reply. Oswyn Murray in his article “The Affair of the Mysteries: Democracy and the Drinking Group” merely translates it as “Wankers.” I found a more balanced discussion here.
