What exactly is the difference between the normal imperatives and the future imperatives? And how do you form the future imperatives?

So, if I understood you, the difference between the future imperatives and the present is that the futures are more powerful?

Not exactly, that is more like the difference between subjunctive command and imperative. Future imperative is an order for what you want someone to do at a later time, or to start doing now and continue into the future.
