I just stumbled upon an online version of this once-popular but apparently out-of-print Koine grammar:

Looks like it now says “forbidden,” which leads me to guess it’s still there, but the site isn’t letting anyone see it. Maybe a copyright issue – it’s still protected by copyright, so it’s possible the site either didn’t have permission to post it or that it once had permission but it was withdrawn. Of course, I don’t know and am just guessing. It’s still available in google’s cache (at least part of it), but that probably won’t last long if the original stays unavailable.
Some one else had the same problem. Check out the replies for another link.

A B-Greek group, headed by Ken Penner, has done considerable work (with permission) to make an online version available. I don’t know the status.
