I often take a crack at reading the latest article from AKWN.
With much dictionary work (CGL and others), I understand just about the entire article of September 26/22, but I could not find the translation of the two underlined words in the last paragraph, reproduced below.
" νῦν δὲ ὁρᾶν δεῖ ὁπόσον χρόνον ἡ νέα ἀρχὴ μενεῖ, διότι ἐν τῇ Ἰταλίᾳ οἱ ἄρχοντες οὐ πολὺν χρόνον ἐν ἀρχῇ μένουσιν· εἰ προσεικάζειν βουλόμεθα, ἀπὸ τοῦ Δευτέρου Παγκοσμίου Πολέμου οἱ μὲν Ἰταλιάνοι τριάκοντα ἕνα πρωθυπουργοὺς ἐσχήκασιν, οἱ δὲ Γερμανοὶ μόνον δέκα.
