What kind of double dative thing is this?
νῦν οὖν εἰ καὶ σοὶ ταῦτα συνδοκεῖ τῷ [6β] εὖ εἰδότι περὶ τῶν τοιούτων…
Are these just in apposition?
And the rest of the sentence is:
ἀνάγκη δή, ὡς ἔοικε, καὶ ἡμῖν συγχωρεῖν.
What is this dative construction in the last two words? LSJ had nothing about the dative with συγχωρεῖν.

σοὶ ταῦτα συνδοκεῖ τῷ εὖ εἰδότι
is in apposition, roughly, “you who know [these things] well” – with the emphasis being a kind of flatter, “if this seems so to you, you who know these things well”.
the ἡμῖν in the second half of the sentence is related to ἀνάγκη. ἀνάγκη ἡμῖν [ἐστίν]. τί ἀνάγκη ἐστίν? συγχωρεῖν.
