Did Rouse do Notes in Latin for Classical Authors?

Some of us here are familiar with W.H.D. Rouse’s notes in Greek for the vocabulary of Lucian’s Dialogues with the Gods.
I’m using them now along with his edition of Lucian’s Dialogues and the older Loeb edition. I’m finding the notes in Greek helpful.

Does anybody here know if Rouse did notes in Latin for Latin classical authors, or other Latin authors? So far my internet searches on this have come up empty. If such exists, I would want a digital, public domain text if possible.
