Yes. You were wise to ignore my stipulation of “dative of means”. νυκτικρυφής is just the tip of the νυκτι- iceberg, it seems from a Perseus search, though there are other words formed from νυκτ- and νυκτο- too.
If you want dative of means examples, I believe there should be some under χειρι-
Perhaps the only one is χεριφυρής “kneaded or mixed by hand”.
It seems from the list under ΣΥΝΘ. near the bottom of the page here that -χειρ- occurs frequently enough as the second element in a word.
