Interaxus, I have no idea how you found this - for I certainly looked - but it looks to me like a copy of the one which disappeared from Oxford University’s website when they did their reorganisation a few years ago. Many, many thanks for this.

The key can be now found also following the link in [The Textkit Book Collection](http://discourse.textkit.com/t/the-textkit-book-collection/17987/1).  
I used mutool to split the original two-page pdf scan into a single- page pdf, as described [here](https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/12482/split-pages-in-pdf).
