Brand new to Ancient Greek

I recently purchased Peter Jones’ book Learn Ancient Greek. I am brand new to learning Ancient Greek. About half my interest in Ancient Greek is due to my interest in Ancient Greek history, and the other half of my interest is in linguistics. I am brand new to Ancient Greek and definitely cannot read or write it yet.
