Hello, I have been studying from Bradley’s Arnold for a couple of years now, and one type of information in that book is usage notes on specific words - things like which verbs take which prepositions, cases, etc. Unfortunately it’s not easy to find those notes when you need them. So I have collected together in one file most of that information from the entire book, by word, alphabetically. I have also extracted into a single file every Latin sentence (with translations) that the book uses as examples of grammatical issues. I would be happy to share these files, but I don’t see a way to upload such things to this forum, so if someone in interested, contact me at lanzcc@potsdam.edu. It would be best to post the words-file as a wiki, but I don’t know how to do that. Gratias tibi ago.
This sounds very helpful lanzcc - thanks for offering to share the document. I’ve just sent you an email asking for a copy.
Hello Jacknoutch, I can’t find an email from you. Please re-send, and put “Bradey’s Arnold” in subject line. Sorry. lanzcc
Much appreciated. A collection of examples for grammatical usages will be quite useful.
These files are great. Thanks!
