I found this today.
It seems very reputable - they are offering courses in Israel for koine, biblical hebrew, and aramaic.
There is a self-study program with audio for autodidacts. I may check it out.

From what I know, Biblical Ulpan meets at Yad Hashmonah, or at least used to meet at YH. I’ve been to YH before with a college study program. It’s a wonderful place–good rooms, excellent food, great sights, etc. Not too crowded either.
There is nothing like studying in Israel. It was the most I’ve ever learned in a matter of just 3 weeks visiting!
