Answering a Question expecting a Conditional Clause

How do I answer a question expecting a conditional clause?
Example
Audī, vidē, tacē, sī vīs vīvere in pāce. Medieval Maxim (Structural Approach Sweet p 262 and Living Latin Ashly p 124)

Quā condiciōne in pāce aliquis vīvet? (Structural Approach Sweet p 262)

Is the answer as simple as?
Sī in pace vīvere vīs, audī, vidē et tacē or audēbsi, vidēbis, tacēbis.

I can read simple si clauses, but haven’t studied conditional clauses yet.

Thank you
Jim

Just as in English, you could answer this question with either the imperative or the future indicative. But that’s just because the question calls for a prescriptive answer.

Thank you Bill
