ἀνομαλος and rough breathing

Will, you mentioned something about rough breathing being retained within words, even if unwritten. Would that mean ἀνομαλος (ἀν + ?μολος) would actually sound ἀν?μαλος ? I don’t feel like it would — in Latin, internal 'h’s are almost completely silent. (e.g., inhaero)

you can also get a pronounced aspirate locked in hiatus points in certain other words, like the last syll of ταῶς and εἶἑν, cheers

Sweet, thanks guys.
