Analysis

I’m working on parsing the sequences of subordination using Dickey’s method of analysis.

What are your thoughts:

Xen., Memorabilia 1.2.19

“Equally then many…would say that” potential optative
“…of those asserting love of wisdom…”

“the just man could never become unjust” potential optative

“nor (could) the prudent man (become) insolent” potential optative

“nor one who having learned…ever become ignorant with respect to it” potential optative
“…things of which there is a kind of knowledge…”
