Accent in Νηπία

Shouldn’t the accent in ἡ νηπία be on the penultimate? Why then Perseus gives νήπια ?

Chicago Perseus only has that form for the neuter plural, so I’m going to just attribute it to bad Tufts parsing. The Chicago site has a better parser I believe.
