about the verb "γίγνομαι"

I just studied ancient greek for several days, and today I met a verb “γίγνομαι”
Does it have active voice conjugation? I didn’t find it.
If not, why?
perhaps it’s a simple question and I just haven’t learned it.

There are a fair number of Greek verbs which don’t have active forms.

In some cases, at least, there may have been an active form before Greek came to be written, but had dropped out of use.
