about contraction

I just checked the contraction table in the appendix of Hansen & Quinns and wondered whether there are something missing.

  1. α + ῳ is not in the list, but from an online education video I saw α + ῳ = ῳ

  2. I did not find ε + ει(spurious diphthong) in the list, is there such a thing?
