A grammar question for all/any speakers of Dutch

And what do you do there?

Will Mom get angry?

Do I know your kitchen?

Did he pass this way?

What are the bold auxiliary words [if they exist] in Dutch?

They exist, but usage is a bit different. In Dutch you would never say “What do you do here?” with the repitition of the verb.

Do = Doe (pronounced the same as the english) and the sentence would be “Wat doe je hier?”

Will = zal
“Zal mam kwaad worden?”

Do” i have translated above, but again in dutch the word isn’t used like that. It would simply be “Ken ik jouw keuken?” (Know I your kitchen)

Did = deed, but again the usage is different.
“Passeerde hij deze kant op?” (Passed he this way) or better “Ging hij deze kant op?”(Went he this way)

In grammatical terms: Dutch doesn’t use an auxiliary verb to form questions, as English does; we just inverse subject and verb:

hij werkt in een winkel - werkt hij in een winkel?
he works in a shop - does he work in a shop?
