a difficult (?) reading in PG

PG 91, 233 D 3
Puzzled how to construe “deoi” there.
Thanks for any suggestions.

What is ‘PG’?

J.-P. Migne, Patrologiae cursus completus. Series Graeca
Electronic Access: http://phoenix.reltech.org/Ebind/docs/Migne/Migne.html

The site is password protected. Where do I go to get an account? It’s not clear from backtracking down the URL.

It is only by subscription (which some academic institutions have).
Also, most academic libraries have the paper edition.
I could send you the two relevant pages in “pdf”, if you wish.

My institution is not subscribed. Drat.

Can you just type in the sentence before the problem line and the line with the trouble word? More people should see this than just me.

I am having problems with representing the diacritics. Is there a way to upload “pdf” images on this site?
Otherwise, I will look for the possibilities to do this elsewhere, and then just place here a link.

OK, here are the links to the two respective pages:

The word under question (“deoi”) is on the first one, i.e. 234 D 3.
Of course, I am interested by the whole phrase, governed (?) by this word.
