To have both τουτους and τουτοις would be ugly and very ungreek. Your τούτους λαβόντα χρῆσθαι is correct in the sense that it’s grammatical, just about, but it’s not at all idiomatic, since it relegates the demonstrative to the subordinate participle rather than attaching it to the higher-ranking infinitive where it belongs.
